What is Thought Transformation?

Thought Transformation is Mindfulness with a focus on the pre-set thought patterns. Through Thought Transformation you will learn how to get rid of programmed negative thought patterns that hold you back from personal growth and how to implement mindful thinking to see the positive changes you desire.

What benefits can I expect from personal coaching?

Personal growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone. This is the only way to truly achieve change.
You can expect to have your comfort tested and boundaries pushed beyond where you feel comfortable and this is a very good thing. Working to get beyond the fear of change opens you up to receive the abundance you deserve. The right life coach can help you through this process so that you understand your power and can use it as your strength, as you move forward.

What questions should I ask of a potential coach, to ensure we are a good match?

There are a huge amount of life coaches to choose from but not all of them will have the life experience to complement their training. We have two entirely different understanding levels between reading or learning something and living it.
You should be asking any potential coach what, if any, life experience they have had dealing with the same or similar challenges that you are facing now. You want a coach who has the life experience and who is open with sharing it, and their growth through it, with you.

How long does it take to see results from life coaching?

If we were talking about the time to complete a recipe, a trip to the mall or to finish a movie I could easily give you a timeline to completion. Personal growth does not work like this. It has no timeline and in actuality, it never ends.
You are on a journey and it is extremely individualized. It does not look like anyone else's journey and should never be compared to another's journey. This will only stunt your from doing your work. 
Because this is a unique journey, there is no way to put a timeline on when you will see the results you are hoping for. Your coach will help you to recognize your progress and mile markers on your path, as you go. Be patient, as this is NOT a quick fix. If you are doing the work, you will see results. It may not happen when you want it to and may look different than how you envision it today, but it will happen and it will match the energy you are putting into it.

I don't understand this whole "wellness" thing. Will personal life coaching work for me?

YES! that is the simplest answer to this question and the reason it is a big YES is because you ASKED THE QUESTION! When we seek better, stronger, more... we are opening ourselves up to receive the ways to achieve all of this and more.
The right life coach will start you at the very beginning of the process, which is teaching you how to build a solid foundation of wellbeing. They will explain the processes as you go and will make sure you understand why you are being challenged as you are, what is needed to create the change you want and will give you the tools needed to experience the growth you desire most.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You absolutely can reschedule your appointment! You will have two opportunities to change the day and time you have scheduled and select a day and time that will work better for you.
Any rescheduling MUST be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time, you will be unable to reschedule.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

If you miss a scheduled appointment you will not be able to reschedule. If your appointment was a single, one time, session you will simply need to purchase another single session. If your appointment is a part of one of our coaching series packages, you will simply miss out on that appointment. Your coaching will resume on the next session scheduled in your series.
You will not be refunded for any missed appointments.

I purchased a series package and I don't want to complete all the sessions outlined in the series. Can I get a partial refund?

Full price for our coaching series packages is charged at the time of booking (this applies to paid in full and monthly payments). The price of these packages take into consideration the time, effort and energy of the coach and so much of the work done by the coach in these series, happens before the actual sessions. Due to this, there will be no partial refunds for unused sessions within a series.

 

How can I get a refund on Coaching products?

If you cancel your order no later than 24 hours after your order is placed, you will be refunded the purchase price.
If you have purchased the Discovery Session, the price paid is a deposit only. Once the session is complete, you will be refunded the price paid if you paid in full. If you chose the monthly payment option, the deposit is nonrefundable.
If you are a no-show (late more than 10 minutes) for a scheduled appointment, no rescheduling options will be offered and you will not be eligible for a refund. 
If you exceed your two options to reschedule and still are unable to make it to your appointment, no refund will be issued.
If at the end of your purchased coaching session or series, you are unsatisfied with the services you were provided, as the information has already been given to you, we are unable to offer a refund option. The reason behind this is that you will be given the tools needed to make the changes in your life but as a coach, we can not make you implement them. You are paying for the tools and those you will receive.

Product FAQ's

Can I get bundle pricing?

Absolutely! If you are wanting to purchase more than 3 of any similar item we are happy to give you a deal! Reach out to us at order@balanceyourpath.com and let us know what product you are interested in (include color, design, size, etc) and how many of them you are wanting and we will send you a personalized discount code for the bulk purchase! Orders of 10 or more of any one style can get up to 25% OFF, depending on the items!

Can I return the ebooks for a refund?

With digital products, once the information has been sent there is no longer any way for us to retrieve it, so ebook purchases are nonrefundable.
*Please be aware that all digital products are copy write protected and can not be shared with others. It is unlawful to send original or copies of this information to anyone other than the person placing the order. If you want additional copies for friends and family we are happy to work with our return customers in getting discounted prices for additional digital products.

How do I exchange or return clothing and accessories?

You have up to 30 days to reach out to us to request a return of the physical products we offer, but there are limitations.
If you get a clothing item (such as t-shirts) and it does not fit, is damaged in some way or arrives and is different than advertised, you can request a  refund within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
If you initiate a refund of a clothing item, including hats, the products must arrive at the warehouse unworn and in the original packaging. If we discover an item has been worn we will be happy to return it to you but we will not issue an exchange or refund on used items.
If the item is returned due to an error on our part we are happy to offer you a replacement item or refund. We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item you purchased it's best if you reach out to initiate a return then purchase the new item you desire.

Why does my t-shirt color not match the online photos?

The color pallet shown online is often a little different from the actual color when the item arrives. This is due to the ability to get "actual" colors to translate to a digital picture and settings on each monitor used when viewing the product online.
We do our best to get the photos as close to the actual colors as we can but some items may arrive looking a little different than the digital representation online.
